BVS aims to provide an opportunity for an anonymous reporting function, which means a way to communicate with the company about any misconduct within BVS and its subsidiaries, with the assurance that the reporting will remain anonymous. BVS Brannvernsystemer TIMELINE

• 2002: The company is established, primarily offering products for the ventilation industry.
• 2004: Establishment of a subsidiary in Germany for the sale of fire products.
• 2005: Commencement of design and development of Flammatex fire curtains.
• 2008: BVS Sweden is established as a production company for Flammatex fire curtains.
• 2009: Establishment of a branch office in Oslo.
• 2014: Commencement of design and development of Inspecto inspection hatches.
• 2015: Establishment of a subsidiary in Hungary. Production of Flammatex fire curtains is moved here.
• 2018: The company is sold to Bergman & Beving Invest AB.
• 2019: Start of development of Fomatec smoke hatches and skylights. New fire tests and certification to obtain CE marking for Flammatex fire curtains and Fomatec smoke hatches.
• 2020: Expansion of production facilities in Hungary to 4500m².
• 2021: Start of licensed production of Fireseal products.
• 2022: Expansion in Norway and Sweden to strengthen our market position.
• 2023: The headquarters in Stavanger relocates to new and contemporary premises.
