To maintain functionality and extend the lifespan of the product, entering into a service agreement is just as important as installing the product itself. Service agreements for fire products are mandated by Norwegian law.

The regulation is intended to protect life, health, the environment, and material assets through preventive measures against fire and explosion. It refers to the owner’s and user’s obligation to ensure fire/evacuation safety and prevent deterioration. The manufacturer also specifies maintenance intervals according to functionality/usage/reliability and any warranty arrangements.
